Each item is printed locally as close as possible to your delivery address to ensure:

  • Faster delivery

  • Reduced shipping costs

  • Lower environmental impact

Production time is typically 1–3 business days.



Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on region, shipping method, and local carriers.
Average timelines:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • North America: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of World: 4–10 business days

These estimates include production + shipping.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made specifically for you once an order is placed, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind, such as:

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

  • Not liking the design after printing

Thank you for understanding that print-on-demand items are produced individually and cannot be restocked.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrectly printed, or with a quality issue, we will gladly replace it or provide a refund.

How to Report an Issue

Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at:

  1. Your order number

  2. A short description of the problem

  3. Clear photos of:

    • The damaged or faulty item

    • The packaging (including any damage)

Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or full refund — whichever is appropriate.



Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe or tracking shows no updates, please contact us.

  • Claims for lost packages must be made within 20–30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • After reviewing the case, we will arrange a free replacement shipment.



Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Orders returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for resending.

  • In some cases, a replacement may not be possible — but we will always do our best to help.
