It’s a visual life planner that shows your entire life in weeks. Each square represents one week, helping you stay aware of your time and live more intentionally.
You simply mark or fill in one square every week. Some people use a pen, others use stickers. The idea is to visually track the passing of time and stay focused on what matters.
We offer two options so you can choose what works best for you:
1. Blank (unfilled)
You receive the calendar with all week squares empty. You fill them in yourself — both past weeks and future weeks. This is the classic experience that encourages reflection on the time you’ve already lived and makes the ritual of marking each week more meaningful.
2. Pre-Filled age options (10, 20, 30, 40, 50)
If you’d prefer to minimize the initial effort, you can choose a version with the first weeks already filled in up to a set age (e.g., 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 years) at checkout. This helps you get started faster while still giving you the weekly ritual going forward.
Once you’ve chosen your preferred option and begin using the calendar, you simply fill in one square per week from that point onward. It becomes a small, mindful weekly ritual that helps you stay aware of your time and live more intentionally.
No, a pen is not included. We recommend using an Edding marker rather than a ballpoint pen to avoid damaging the poster and to ensure clean, consistent marking of each week.
